The Salvation Army Needs Volunteers and Donations

Now that the holiday season has past and the joyful bell ringers and red kettles are now a thing of the past until late November, the Salvation Army is still in need of help.  Help can come in many forms.   Here's how you can help the Salvation Army.

The Salvation Army is in need of volunteers.  Volunteering can include helping out in the computer lab, help with their special nights including game, craft and movie nights.  They need volunteers to teach life skill classes and more.

The Salvation Army Family store is in need of donations of materials.  These donations can include clothing, furniture, housewares and more.  If you have items you would like to donate, then you can contact the Salvation Army Family Store today and schedule a pick up.  All money raised at the Family Store goes back into the Salvation Army programs.

Of course monetary donations are always welcomed.
