To Brooke Mueller – Crack Is Whack – Seen With A “Make Shift” Drug Pipe

Looking at her, she certainly does seem to be on something.  It sure does look like a bag of drugs and some kind of smoking utensil in her hand there.  Why would the world be accusing her of doing drugs?  I could sum it up by saying she's Charlie Sheen's ex, but I could really emphasize on it by saying she has been dealing with a drug problem.

Brooke Mueller is the primary care taker of they're 2 children, and she just finished another rehab session.  She has been in rehab 15 times for various drug abuse.  On top of that, Recently she was photographed in what appears to be a shady transaction near a car in Hawaii and in another incident she attempted to pawn jewelry in the L.A. area.

Maybe it's time for the CPS to pay a little visit to the house and check on things.
