Research has shown that if you combined walking and chewing gum, your heart rate is higher, and you use more energy....which helps you lose more weight than if you just walked without gum.

I'm not sure if this will work. The reasoning seems like it makes sense. Any chance you can get your heart rate up is a chance to lose weight so I'm in to try it!!
