What The Heck Was She Thinking-Woman Tattoo’s “Hello Kitty” On Her Face

OMG! What the heck was she thinking! Obviously she wasn't and probably will regret this tattoo later on. I thought Gucci Mane was crazy for tattooing an ice cream cone on his face.

But the "Hello Kitty" on the face definitely tops that. Honestly could you have a straight face holding a conversation with this person. Good luck getting a job!
