There's on average 6 guns per household in Texas, making crooks that want to commit breaking and entering along with burglary quite foolish.  A burglary in progress call can quickly turn into a homeowner holding suspects at gunpoint really quick.  Just like this one that took place in Amarillo.

The suspects, ages 17 and 45, I know that's a weird difference, was it a father and son good times robbery?  Anyways, they were arrested and booked into Randall County.

"Both were arrested, transported and booked into the Randall County Jail. Ott was booked for Burglary of a Building and Theft over $50 less that $500; Vaughn was booked for Burglary of a Building, Theft over $50 less than $500 and an outstanding Probation violation warrant with an original charge of Dangerous Drugs."

So what did we learn?

You better not shout, you better not cry, you better not break into a Texan's house I'll tell you why.  They'll probably be gunning you down....
