Will Kris Humphries Skip Out On The NBA Play-Offs To Go To Divorce Court With Kim Kardasian?
With Kim Kardashian pregnant and the California state laws, you can bet that Kris Humphries is in a hurry to finalize their divorce! You see, under California state law, if Kim has the baby and is still married to Kris, he will legally be the father of the child (see this). Neither of them want that, but with the NBA play-offs forthcoming, and divorce court, what's Kris to do?
Well TMZ has confirmed that Kris says he WILL skip the games and go to divorce court if needed!

I would say no, not his dumbest move since marrying Kim, unless he wants to be trapped in a tangled legal mess, he'll go to divorce court, get this thing over with, and be done with it. If all goes right and both parties come to an agreement easily then it'll be over with in a matter of days anyways.
