Woman Fakes Her Own Kidnapping To Get An Extra Day Off From Work

People will make up any excuse to get a day off from work. Sheila Bailey Eubank of San Antonio, Texas claims that a man abducted her and forced her to drive him to different locations on drug deals. Sheila also said the man assaulted her, tried to choke her with a rope, tied her up and left her in the car before a police officer found her. Officers recovered a lottery ticket that was purchased within the hours that she claims she was kidnapped, as well as CCTV footage buying it which shows her just fine, acting normal and nice with the bank clerk.

Police have also reviewed footage from the security cameras at the Federal Credit Union where Sheila claimed she was abducted. Police said nothing seemed to be abnormal while she was at the bank withdrawing money from her account.

When police confronted Sheila she admitted to making up the story, saying she wanted attention and a day off work..
