How messed up is that!  Okay so he is married, his wife has medical problems, and he wants to cheat on her instead of support her!

Why are there guys like this in our world?  Dude, your wife is sick, you should be tending to her needs.  Remember the vows?  "Through sickness and health"?  This guy doesn't seem to give a damn about his wife's sickness, only his penis' health!
