Do you make big plans every weekend? You might want to scrap them.

Some behavioral psychologist say when you make plans for your weekend you are going to ruin everything.

Why would this happen? It's because when you plan and worry about every detail, it becomes work. It affects your ability to be flexible. When this happens you stress about everything. Which also means you have NO fun.

So what do you do to not overdo it? Well first of all. Relax.  Don't schedule things for a specific time.  Just say "Let's meet up Saturday afternoon" instead of "Let's meet up at 2:00 P.M." . . . and that flexibility will help you actually look forward to it.
