While it may be necessary to help impede the spread of Covid-19, gyms closing means you're pretty much on your own when it comes to working out and staying fit. Being stuck at home can definitely make it tough to stay up on your fitness routines.

I was glad to see several gyms in our area posting on their Facebook pages workouts you can do from home. Some of the gyms have their trainers posting workout guides that you can use at home, others are posting videos.

Nick's Fight Club has posted some routines and guides that you can use to workout from the house.

Planet Fitness is doing live streamed home "work-ins." They're available to everyone.

Amarillo Town Club has posted videos for you to use.

Zach's Club is also posting videos for you to use while you workout at home. Follow this link to their Facebook page to find their guides and videos.

This may not be all that are posting workouts. There are several gyms in our area, so I recommend checking with your gym on Facebook to see if they are posting home workout guides.

If you don't have a gym you attend, think about joining up with one once the orders get lifted. It would be a great way to say thank you for the help while we're all stuck at home.
