With Easter being just a few days away, preparations have already begun.  One of the biggest items on the to-do-list is the menu.  What is everybody going to eat?  Deviled eggs is always a must at Easter.

When I think about an Easter meal two different scenarios come to mind: A barbecue or a traditional family meal with turkey.  My family hasn't had a turkey meal in years.

This Sunday when we light up the grill, there is one dish that is a must have every Easter-deviled eggs.  This is a really simple dish, yet people love it.

If you love them but have never made them, I am here to help you.  Here is the best deviled egg recipe around:

Ingredients:

6 Hard boiled eggs

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

2 teaspoons of yellow mustard

2 tablespoons of sweet relish, drained

Paprika for sprinkling

Instructions:

1.) In a small bowl, combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard and relish; mix well.

2.) Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture and place on a platter.  I like to use a frosting bag with different tips to make the yolk look beautiful.

3.) Sprinkle each egg with paprika. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

To make more eggs just double or triple the recipe.

I guarantee this recipe will make your dish the hit of the day!  Enjoy.
