Taking a drive around Amarillo you notice one thing right away. We love our restaurants. We have plenty but yet it is still the toughest thing to decide on. Where are we going to eat? That question gets asked a lot.

Is it because we have so many great places to eat? Maybe. I mean like I said we have so many great places. The greatness is that we have so many choices. So many types of restaurants.

Amarillo has a lot of hole-in-the-wall restaurants. That is not a bad thing at all. At first, it might sound like it could be. Heck no they are the best. Of course, the first thing is it is definitely local. They have a following of very devoted customers. Oh, and they have some great food.

The building may look questionable but really that is a badge of honor if it is. That is how you can tell the best food. Really.
