A few years ago, things started happening in that area, fences went up and construction started taking place.  It seemed as if these apartment complexes were about to get some new life.  Construction would start, then stop, then start, so once again we all were left thinking, will these buildings ever be liveable?

If these sound like the prices are high, they aren't, and here's why.  All bills are paid!  They take care of electricity, gas, water, and trash, plus they even have internet.   So when you think of all that is included in your monthly rent.  These apartments are perfectly priced for the area.

The apartments are also pet-friendly.

The finished phase includes an outdoor pool. All units are constructed from concrete, which helps to minimize noise. Thanks to the thick concrete walls, you will find it difficult to hear your neighbors, whether they are next door or above you.

As the remodeling of the complex progresses, the goal is to complete the B and C units by summer 2025. This renovation will feature an indoor pool, fitness center, and sauna. The remaining units are expected to be finished the following year.

The goal is to restore the former apartment complex to its former glory but with a modern twist. Discussions have included the possibility of a coffee shop operating within the complex that would also be open to the public. In the future, there may even be a restaurant on-site.  Plus, volleyball and pickleball courts.

In the third phase, the final units feature a basement area which seems ideal for storefronts, offering the potential for boutique businesses to emerge. The possibilities are endless.

Plus, the top of building A, will soon have a rooftop lounge, for entertaining or just relaxing on the rooftop star gazing.

If you rent now, you're getting in on the ground up.
