Kids In Florida Get Electrocuted In Swimming Pool [VIDEO]

This is scary! At a apartment complex in Florida 3 kids get shocked as they touch the metal railing in the swimming pool. In the video you can see one child pass-out in the pool as the grandfather pulls out the child and gets shocked himself. Inspectors believe the pool was charged with electricity due to bad wiring on a pool pump. This is kinda scary knowing that we are going into the summer season and lots of people will be swimming this summer at area pools.
