Let The Battle Begin

Pete Wentz ain't down for Ashlee Simpson getting primary physical custody of their 2 year old son as she's requested.  So what's he gonna do?  He's gonna take her to court that's what!  Now seriously!  Who would make a better single parent?  Not Pete in my opinion, he seems less then responsible to me.  And Ashlee really seems to have grown up in the past few years.  Who you got?  Pete or Ashlee?
