Silver Alert: 77 Year Old Jack Dempsy Lavender Of Amarillo Missing [PHOTO]

APD has issued a Silver Alert for one Jack Dempsey Lavender of Amarillo.  He last seen on Wednesday December 3rd (yesterday) about 4:30pm leaving a business on Amarillo Blvd East.

He was wearing a green sweater, blue jeans, green and silver tennis shoes and wearing an unknown colored baseball cap.

Lavender was driving a 1995 Blue extended cab Chevrolet truck with license plate number AY01057.  The truck is said to have extensive hail damage and tool box that's diamond plated.

Mr. Lavender was reported missing back in September, when he was located in Vernon, TX.

"Due to Mr. Lavender’s medical history, he is in danger of accidentally harming himself or others."
