Remember the news about the Sugarland concert when the stage collapsed and all chaos broke loose?  Well TMZ reports that a major lawsuit is in action and dozens of people are in on it.  Hey you know what they say, get in where you fit in, and if you fit into the category of "injured at the Sugarland concert" then get in!

The reasoning being used by the sue happy people is that they band knew the weather was getting bad and should have canceled the show.  Either way they would've hurt somebody or somebody's feelings.  I really don't see how it's the bands fault.  It's like somebody from New Orleans blaming George W. Bush for not leaving the city when they knew a deadly hurricane was heading their direction, oh wait.

Well anyways coming from TMZ:

The country duo Sugarland is being sued by dozens of people who claim they were injured in a devastating stage collapse at a concert in Indiana earlier this year ... all because the band allegedly failed to cancel the show when they KNEW the weather was getting bad.

More than 40 people -- including the estates of people who died in the accident -- filed the suit against the band in Indiana ... claiming the members of Sugarland had the authority to cancel the show because of bad weather.

According to the docs, Sugarland "failed" to call it off ... putting the fans in grave danger.

Hey no offense to Sugarland fans, but going to one of their concerts no matter what the weather conditions are, is in fact dangerous.  Their music makes my ears bleed and my doctor says that's no good for me.
