The United States Navy and Marine Corps have taken delivery of a brand new aircraft that has its roots right here in Amarillo.

If you're in the area near Bell and 34th, know that traffic may be slowed down.

Talk to almost everyone who lives and works in Amarillo and they will tell you of a close-call story while driving around town.

You've driven past it countless times on your way to Rick Husband International Airport. There's even a good chance you have seen them hard at work repairing machinery or testing new prototypes on the tarmac.

Just drove down Bell in Amarillo, was seeing flashing lights from a distance, got up on 34th & Bell and saw this!  I'm not sure what happened, the Amarillo Police Dept hasn't sent anything out yet.  To me, it looks like a high speed chase took place, and the end result was horrific traffic accident.
