When it comes to breakfast, one of my favorite comfort foods is biscuits and gravy.  I don't have it very often, but it is so good.  Fluffy buttermilk biscuits, covered in white cream gravy with sausage in it, just makes the soul sing.  So when it comes to getting biscuits and gravy in Amarillo, who serves the best biscuits and gravy?

When it comes to holiday mornings things are hectic and crazy and no one wants to think about breakfast.  On Thanksgiving you are more worried about making sure the turkey is done, the side dishes and desserts are made, and the table is set.  On Christmas, heck you gotta see what Santa brought.  No one wants to really think about breakfast, but you will have a hungry family.  So here are some idea

Run for the border for breakfast at Taco Bell!  Yes just when you thought you couldn't get enough bean burritos and the crunch wrap supreme, they are working to expand the menu to include breakfast items and have already launched the new menu in a few states.  The breakfast menu is limited, but from breakfast burritos to hash browns, you can't go wrong!

Consider this the legalization of “kegs and eggs.” The Wisconsin Assembly is scheduled to vote on a bill that would allow beer and liquor sales to begin at 6 a.m. The current law prohibits the sale of liquor before 8 a.m.
