What exactly is brunch? I mean why has it become such a big thing in our society? Is it for people who sleep in too late for a regular breakfast? Is it for those people who want breakfast but heck it's noon so you are out of luck? So brunch is here to save the day?

This restaurant has always been on my list of have to tries. I have had samples at events and knew those were great. I just never had a chance to stop in and eat. I have made plans but they always seemed to fall through.

It's really hard to find places that offer a brunch around town. When I used to live in Denver, there were weekend brunches all the time! I remember growing up, me and the family would go try out different brunches around town on Sunday mornings.
