We Can Make His Last Christmas Special
Nine-year-old Jacob Thompson was diagnosed with a form of nerve cancer called neuroblastoma when he was five, and tragically, a few weeks ago, his doctors said he only has about a month left to live. His family is celebrating Christmas early and they want Jacob to get a lot of Christmas cards.
