We all remember playing dress up as a little girl.  Wearing mom's high heals, dresses, and yes playing in her make-up.  It is cute and there are probably pictures in some album.  But how old should a girl be before she is allowed to wear make-up?

It hasn't been long since the city of Amarillo passed the law banning cell phone usage while driving.  This will help eliminate some accidents, but I find that there are other things just as dangerous, like applying make-up while driving.

It seems like kids these days want to grow up faster and faster, especially girls.  So the questions arises, how old should your daughter be before you allow her to wear make-up?
