Hopefully soon all of these projects will be wrapped up.

I did some digging, no pun intended, trying to figure out just what is going on. Turns out, it's a lot.

If you haven't driven through the road work on Western between 49th and 45th, you're lucky. Avoid the area if you can.

Construction is really taking shape on the south and western parts of the Amarillo loop.

Despite starting the week with frigid temperatures, work continues on the southeast section of Loop 335 in Amarillo and various projects around the panhandle.

As the panhandle sees a nice break in the winter weather, it is allowing road crews to get out and fix some spots before another cold blast heads our way.

If you live or commute through Amarillo’s northwestern quadrant, get ready to be met with construction delays.

One of them was big enough to swallow a toddler on a tricycle.

Over the past few months, Amarillo has seemed like the orange cone capital of the world.
