Everyone is going to look different as they head back to school this year. They will be sporting masks students and teachers alike. The one thing that won't change is the need to learn. One of the trickiest subjects for a lot of people is math.

Columbus, Ohio substitute teacher Sheila Kearns was rightfully let go from her job back in 2013 when she screened the film for her substitute Spanish classes, but the courts have handed down an additional punishment: 90 days in jail.

A teacher in Salem, Oregon was placed on paid leave after she was caught on video ripping a student’s shirt off in front of her classmates.

Apparently, a part-time teacher's aide at an elementary school in in New Hanover, Pennsylvania decided to give the students treats at recess.  The treats were made for dogs.

Colleen Ritzer, a 24-year-old math teacher in Danvers, Massachusetts, was found dead in the woods behind the high school where she taught. A sophomore at the school has been arrested and charged with her murder.
