An Amarillo attorney, Vince Nowak, says he plans to file a wrongful death lawsuit this week against a local head shop.  The lawsuit will be in connection to the death of 18 year old Jessie High, who died June 26th, 2013.  The autopsy indicates the cause of death was probably complications from synthetic cannabinoid, otherwise known as K2.

A student from Perryton High is suing the school district claiming he was injured at school during a Holocaust role playing exercise that teaches students about the Holocaust in a very weird fashion.
