A gunman opened fire Thursday morning at two military recruiting centers in Chattanooga, Tennessee, killing four Marines before police shot and killed the alleged shooter. The names of those involved have not been released at this time.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev spoke in court Wednesday for the first time about the 2013 bombing at the Boston Marathon. “I would like to apologize to the victims and the survivors,” he said. “I did do it.”
Fort Hood officials confirmed Monday that a former Fort Hood soldier was one of 100 U.S. service members included in an online "kill list" posted by possible Islamic State agents, which also names more than 60 U.S. cities as ISIS targets, including seven in Texas.
