Tyga is not about going to jail.

The rapper has finally settled up with his old landlord, after a bench warrant was issue by a judge Tuesday when he failed to appear before a Santa Monica court after not paying a $480K judgment to his former landlord.

According to court papers, the judgment stemmed from 2011, when the rapper rented a Malibu mansion for $16,000 a month. He allegedly missed a monthly rental payment and broke his lease early. The landlord claimed the home was also in need of repairs when he left. According to court papers, a stripper pole was placed in the master bedroom, the intercom was disconnected, and the hardwood floors and glass-tiled shower were damaged.

However, now a settlement has been reached, People reports, and the landlord's legal reps will ask a Los Angeles County judge on Friday to squash the bench warrant.

"There has been a settlement reached to the mutual satisfaction of the parties, the terms of which are confidential," the landlord's attorney said.

Now that his legal issues are out of the way, the rapper can get back focused on music— or his girlfriend Kylie Jenner, since the two of them are reportedly hanging out in Turks and Caicos this week for Kylie's birthday.
