Radar Online claims Mariah Carey and billionaire James Packer have gotten engaged after 10 months of dating. A source tells the site: “Mariah was hoping that James would propose to her on Valentine’s Day. She has already told him that she is absolutely in love with him, and she is now ready to spend the rest of her life with him. James just makes her happy and that is all that matters to the people around her. If Mariah is happy, her friends are happy. James is good for her.”
