Casey Stegall of Lubbock, TX was recently fired for being gay from the Children's Home of Lubbock, even though his supervisor knew he was gay.  He feels this is a case of discrimination, but according to the law, it's completely legal.

It came after Stegall brought his fiance to work and introduced him to the kids he worked with.
Stegall had been employed for about a year at the Children's Home and was dismissed for circumstances revolving around what Lynn Harms, president of the organization, called Stegall’s lifestyle choices.

“As a faith-based, church-related outreach providing welfare services, if you will, to children and families, there is a set of biblical values that we adhere to and live by,” Harms said. “When you are implementing life training and so forth — particularly with children — to put a confused message out there is counterproductive.”

Stegall has tried to find lawyers to represent him, but keeps running into a dead end, with no luck finding a lawyer to represent him.
