Possible Mermaid Found On Beach Near Galveston, Texas [VIDEO]

This video has been surfacing social media of a mermaid found on a beach near Galveston, Texas. It's been rumored that the mermaid was washed up after hurricane Ike. Also the video seems like it has been out for a couple years now. Lots of speculation have been made from this video. But, I'll let you make that decision if it's real or fake!
