Washington DC Capital Christmas Tree Making A Stop In Amarillo Today!

Looks like we're going to have a special guest in our city today!  It's the Capital Christmas Tree, making a stop in Amarillo today and you can check it out, take pictures for your Facebook and more!

The Texas DPS will be escorting the Christmas Tree through the state, and as it stops through Amarillo.

The tree will be at the Amarillo Public Library downtown by the Amarillo Civic Center starting at 4pm today, and will remain there overnight, before it hits the road again on it's way to the capital state to be lit up on the White House lawn.

This is something very cool that you can take the kiddos out to see!  This tree will be at the Capital of the United States, and to grace us with it's presence is just awesome!
