Looking For Your Next Career? Amarillo Job Fair Is Today.

Things have been a bit of a rough go for many people in Amarillo over the last couple of years. Many have found themselves without jobs, some with jobs that are simply to try and make ends meet.

There are many skilled people in the city who haven't been able to find a career at a place they would enjoy working at, and others have found themselves stuck at a place where they were once happy, but aren't anymore.

If any of those apply to you, then today is your day. The biggest job fair in Amarillo is happening at the Amarillo Civic Center today, April 9, and there is a myriad of different employers that are going to be on-site for you.

The Amarillo Job Fair features over 80 different employers that are looking for good, hard workers to join their team. No matter what industry you're looking to move into, or whatever industry you're currently in, there will be someone there for you to speak with.

Companies such as Pantex, Texas Department of Transportation, BSA Health Management, City of Amarillo, Wade Gordon Academy, Plains Dairy, and yes, even us here at Townsquare Media will be on-site.

All the companies attending the job fair will have jobs available, from entry-level to skilled, you're sure to find something that whets your appetite. For most of these companies, you'll be able to fill out an application on-site at the job fair.

Some will even be conducting interviews right there on the spot. I'm not saying you WILL get a job today at the job fair, but hey, anything is possible right? Make sure you come dressed to impress, because we all know you never get that first impression back.
