Amarillo Man Assaulted At Work, Employer Takes No Action

You'd be shocked at the kind of calls we get at 96.9 KISS-FM!  I think our one on one interaction really gives everyone an opportunity to reach out to us and talk about even the most personal issues.  I've had calls from suicidal people, incredibly angry people, and even people asking me what they can do in certain situations, like this one here.  I got a call from an Amarillo man, sounded to be a young adult, that was assaulted at work.

He told me the altercation took place a few days ago, and he honestly expected his boss to do something about it.  However, the man that assaulted him remains at his place of employment.

He told me he doesn't feel safe at work and that his boss has taken no action at all against the person that assaulted him and said there's nothing he can do about it.  I found that odd...

He's asking what he can do about it, and I really didn't have a good answer for him.  So, I ask for any help or advice that you have to offer.
