Amarillo Man Robbed At Gunpoint Outside Xoksai Slots Gaming Center
What is the world coming to when a man who just wasted all his money at a slots gaming center gets robbed at gunpoint when he leaves! This guy just spent more money than he should have on slots that don't even pay out in cash, and what little money he had left is taken by a criminal, a not so smart criminal at that. Robbing someone at an ATM machine, okay I see where a robber would think they could get some cash, but a slot gaming center? Pure stupidity... Still, it happened, Monday night outside of Xoksai Slots Gaming Center on Fillmore in downtown Amarillo.
"On 3-24-14, at 11:55 PM, officers were flagged down at the Xoksai Slots Gaming Center at 1008 N. Fillmore on a robbery. The victim, an Asian male adult, told officers that he was leaving the business when he was confronted by the suspect. The suspect was a WM wearing a white tee-shirt and jeans. He was armed with a handgun. He demanded the victim’s money. The victim handed him money. The suspect then hit the victim in the face with his fist. The suspect then left the area in a white passenger car. The victim did not require medical attention, and there has not been an arrest for this robbery."
