Amarillo National Bank Opens New Location, Makes Big Donations
One thing Amarillo has always been good about is taking care of their own. We help those in our community whether it be just lending a helping hand, providing food and other items if needed, and monetarily.
Some businesses in Amarillo have always been incredibly dedicated to making sure the community has what it needs, and Amarillo National Bank has always been one of those at the forefront of those efforts.

Recently, they opened up a brand new branch right across the street from BSA hospital at 1700 Coulter St. I drove past it yesterday when I was over at Coffee Memorial Blood Center. It's a beautiful looking new branch, and different from the others.
There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, October 17th at 4 pm for those interested in seeing the location. It's a bit of a different design that is intended to have better access for customers, plus it has all the things you're used to such as a drive-up service and an ATM.
However, that's not the most impressive part of it. With the opening of the branch comes two huge donations to some Amarillo area non-profit organizations.
The Turn Center and Ronald McDonald House are each receiving a very generous $25,000 donation from Amarillo National Bank to celebrate the opening of the new location.
“To celebrate this exciting day, there’s no better way than to donate to nearby organizations. The Turn Center and the Ronald McDonald House serve vital needs for our city and we’re honored to help out,” says Ware.
