Amarillo Shooting Leaves 1 Dead
Yesterday, Amarillo Police were dispatched on a shooting call at 824 S Virginia, apt B in Amarillo. Upon arrival, officers found a shooting victim, Mathew Guzman, with a gunshot wound to his upper body lying on the living room floor.
"On August 5, 2013 officers were dispatched to 824 S. Virginia, apt. B on a shooting. When officers arrived, there was a victim lying on the floor in a room. The victim was injured with what appeared to be gunshot wound to the upper body. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he died. The victim is Mathew Guzman, age 22. An autopsy was ordered by Justice of the Peace Gary Jackson and is scheduled for Thursday."
