Raising Cane’s is my home away from home. You hear me talking about how great their chicken finger meals are all the time on the radio. But great chicken is only part of what Raising Cane’s specializes in. Raising Cane’s is dedicated to helping out their local restaurants hometowns. Here in Amarillo that is no different as Raising Cane’s partners with Amarillo’s Heal the City.

Beginning May 7, Raising Cane’s launches a nationwide campaign to support local healthcare communities. Nearly 470 Raising Cane’s restaurants will sell limited-edition neck-gaiters for $6.99, while supplies last. 100% of the net proceeds will go to Heal the City. Neck-gaiters, as described by Raising Cane's area leader of marketing Sam Silvas, is a looped fabric that goes over the head and covers the nose, mouth and neck. In a time when wearing face masks is encouraged and, in some instances, required, the neck-gaiter showcases my favorite  chicken-finger chain's One Love logo.

“We have been getting creative in finding ways to support and show our appreciation to the brave men and women that are battling tirelessly on the front lines, and we’re really excited about the new neck-gaiters we’ll be selling,” said Raising Cane’s Founder & CEO Todd Graves.

“With help from Caniacs across the nation, we have been able to say ‘thank you’ in a significant way, and will continue to do so for as long as necessary. These are unprecedented times, but we will get through this together.”

Raising Cane’s two Amarillo locations are open and ready to serve you fresh hot and fast chicken finger meals, and also show support to Amarillo’s Heal the City.

Stop by the Coulter Street Location or the newly opened location on South Georgia and pick up your neck gaiter and show our community spirit of caring.

Get some chicken fingers and extra Cane’s sauce too….just sayin.
