As Hurricane Sandy Nears East Coast, A Shirtless Horseman Runs Through The Streets-Hilarious [VIDEO]

As people up and down the East coast prepare for Hurricane Sandy to come ashore, some are trying to make light of the situation.  A man was seen running through the streets shirtless and wearing a horse's head.

One of the worst storms in two generations is gearing up to hit the East Coast.  This means that around 50 million people are at risk.  While many have evacuated, there are those that won't leave their homes.  Then there are some that are trying to make light of the situation and give a good laugh.

This man succeeded.  I'm not sure if he is doing this to be funny, get attention, or is just down right nuts.  Here is the video, watch it and tell me what you think.  Nuts, right?
