Ashton Kutcher FINALLY Files For Divorce From Demi Moore

Well it appears the Mayans were wrong, or we as "civilized people" completely misunderstood what the meaning behind the calendar was.  Either way, it's back to biz as usual!  And today, well maybe the world will end, because after 1 year of being split up, Ashton Kutcher has FINALLY filed for divorce from Demi Moore.

Wow only 1 year!  That means, he was technically married for this past year and any encounter he might have had was, again technically, an affair.

TMZ Reports:
Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Ashton waited so long because he wanted to give Demi the chance to file first ... it was a whole dignity thing.  After a year ... when Demi showed no signs of making her move, Ashton finally did.
