Ashton Kutcher Made A Desperate Last Attempt To Save Marriage With Demi Moore

About 2 weeks before Demi Moore announced she was divorcing Ashton Kutcher he made one of those desperate attempts to save the marriage and win her back.  Did he serenade her with song?  Was he standing outside her window jamming Peter Gabriel in the rain?  No, he used money to try and solve the problem. 

That's all rich people know how to do, it's kind of sad when you think about it.  But hey let it be a lesson to you, don't try and buy your lover off!  Even if it is 2012 Lexus LS 600h L that you paid more then $100,000 for!  (TMZ)

According to our sources, Ashton contacted a high-end car company, to buy a new set of wheels for Demi's birthday. We're told Ashton picked out a 2012 Lexus LS 600h L -- and paid North of $100,000.

Our sources say Ashton wanted a quick deal -- bagging the luxury hybrid on November 9, just two days before Demi's birthday.

If it was meant to win back Demi ... clearly it didn't work.  We don't know if Demi accepted the vehicle or if Ashton was able to give it back to the car company.

So that's what I got from TMZ, what I've heard through multiple sources is that Demi has 2 plans of action.  Either divorce him and just let things settle and they part ways splitting things they way it should be split up between them.  The other, basically the same as the first option, except it includes trying to get some of the money Kutcher made off the 2 & 1/2 men deal.  He supposedly signed at RICH contract and she feels her and the family is entitled to some of the money.

With age comes wisdom, and Demi definitely has the edge there!  Ashton seems to be a few eggs short of a basket if you know what I'm saying.  I'm taking team Demi on this one.
