Working out for many in Amarillo can be a personal journey in so many ways. For some, it's all about reaching the goals they want; who cares who sees you.

For others, they want to do the work, but they don't want a crowd around as they do it. Some workout better with no one around, while some simply don't want to be judged.

Gyms Are All Over Amarillo

Next to coffee shops and convenience stores, gyms might be one of the things Amarillo is overloaded with.

Sure, they aren't as prevalent as either of the things I mentioned above, but that's because some of them are tucked away and not in your face. You'd be shocked if you did a Google search to see how many are here.

How Many Of Them Are 24 Hours

Again, you'd be surprised. There are quite a few places that keep their doors open 24 hours for people to come in. At the end of the day, everyone's schedules are different, so it behooves them to cater to all of them.

Some of the ones open 24 hours include Anytime Fitness, Old School Iron, Crunch Fitness, and The Gym @ Contagion Athletics are just a few of them. TruFit is apparently open 24 hours Monday through Friday, and Hotworx is another one that offers Pilates, yoga, and other methods of working out.

When Is The Best Time To Go

Well, that comes down to how many people you want there when you're getting your workout in. If a fair number of people are there when you're putting in work, then any time is a good time for you. I loved going early in the morning when I had a membership.

If it's fewer people you're looking for, then either early in the morning or overnight is a perfect time. Users on Reddit mentioned that Hotworx and Crunch Fitness are the places to go at those times if you're looking for a quiet, no-judge kind of environment.
