Beyonce Makes First Appearance Since Giving Birth To Blue Ivy

Since the beginning of her pregnancy, Beyonce's body has been under the microscope.  Last night the new mom stepped out for the first time since giving birth.

Did she have a surrogate?  I still don't know, but Beyonce stepped out last night looking amazing.

Beyonce decided to make her first post baby appearance at a Jay Z concert.  She showed up to support her hubby at the 40/40 club for Jay-Z's after party for his Carnegie Hall concert.

She looked amazing.  She wore an Alice Temperly dress with Louboutin shoes, and an Alexander McQueen clutch.

I can say all eyes were on Beyonce.  Check out the pictures and decide for yourself, did the diva carry the baby and just work her but off to get back into shape or is it too soon to look that good that she had to have a surrogate?  You be the judge.
