Charlie Sheen Is Losing His Two & A Half Men Lawsuit Against Warner Brothers

Ugh!  He looks so stupid in that hat!  This guy use to be my hero and now I just can't stand him.  Any who, Charlie Sheen has lost round 1 in his lawsuit against Warner Brothers.  How did he lose round 1?  Well the judge has ruled that Charlie is not entitled to a public trial in the Two & A Half Men lawsuit.  Therefore, the trial will be held in private.  Charlie is suing the studio for $100,000,000 claiming that they had no right to remove him from the show.

Charlie wanted a public trial, but a judge just ruled the arbitration agreement in Charlie's contract is legal and binding, so the whole thing will be handled behind closed doors.

So the court rules to enforce the arbitration agreement.  And with such a gross amount of money that Sheen is suing for, I'm begining to think he's regreting this whole mess.  The guy has got to be going broke, you can't just keep partying and blowing your money when you have no source of income.  I'm not a genius and even I know that.
