Chick-Fil-A Supporters Appreciation Day – Gay Marriage Or Not

After the Chick-Fil-A executive made his statements on gay marriage, there has been a ton of talk and debate going back and forth about him and the restaurant chain.  To gay or not to gay...marriage that is.  The plan of action?  Eat more chicken!  But wait, there are 2 sides to this appreciation day!  That would be straight and gay, I know your eager to learn more!

So Dan Cathy said that he “supported the traditional definition of marriage – and warned that redefining marriage might bring God’s judgment on the nation.”  There it is, less than 20 words that has caused more debate and has gotten Chick-Fil-A more attention than any paid commercial schedule could ever do.  Am I saying that he tried to stir the pot a little bit so they could get so much national attention?  No, but I'm thinking it pretty loud.  Chick-Fil-A just got a ton of attention, whether it was good or bad, people were talking about them!

Anyways back to the subject at hand, and that's appreciation day.  It's today!

Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, a Baptist minister, declared Wednesday national "Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day."

Eat chicken and stop gay marriage, what a simple concept!  Okay all joking aside, I guess it's not any better than what the opposing side has planned.

Same sex couples are planning on showing their appreciation by going to Chick-Fil-A restaurants all across the nation this Friday and giving a little public display of affection in the form of a taboo same sex lip lock that could last hours.  I just wish I had a time frame so I could be there taking pictures and feeling the steam of this hot action!

I feel like some waffle fries and a chicken sandwich with a ton of polynesian sauce!  All this talk about chicken, appreciation, same sex marriage, it's got me pretty hungry.
