Dogs and Cats Available at the Texas Panhandle Pet Savers

Texas Panhandle Pet Savers, Inc is a non-profit dog and cat rescue group with a mission to decrease the number of pets put down in the Amarillo area by raising awareness of adoptable pets and providing resources and programs to successfully place them in permanent homes.

TPPS is not a shelter. We are a rescue group that operates by having our animals living in foster homes while we find them forever homes. Our pets are currently available for adoption every Saturday from Noon to 4pm at PetCo on I-40 and Western St. in Amarillo. We cannot have all animals available every day so please call ahead of you are looking for a specific pet. You can also adopt one of our pets by emailing us at adopt@texaspanhandlepetsavers.org and scheduling an appointment.
