Help! Kiss Fm is Looking For Military Kids In the Amarillo Area

One week from today will be the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.  Eleven years and we still have troops overseas.  This year Kiss Fm wants to honor the troops in a very special way-with their children.

Kiss Fm is looking for kids who have parents overseas.  Is your mom or dad serving our country?  We want to know.  Do you know any kids who have parents serving?  We want to know.

It has been eleven years since our country was attacked by terrorists and we still have troops overseas.  Now this is a little confusing to me.  Every year there is talk about bringing our troops home, yet more and more soldiers are being deployed.  The reality is…this is like the Vietnam of our time!

We want to show the troops that we still support them and pray that they come home safely.  We want to honor them in a very special way.

This Tuesday, the eleventh anniversary of 9/11, we want to turn the airwaves over to the children of our deployed military.  Every hour we will have a different military kid serving as our guest DJ.  And we don't want to leave any kids out.
