See, for many years, Nikisha laid claim to having the 'biggest natural breasts' in Texas. How big, you ask? The answer to that would be 36JJJ.

How The Title Was Lost

Nikisha's generous bosom was the result of a medical condition. It's unclear how long she endured carrying around the weight equivalent of a healthy newborn strapped to either side of her chest. Eventually, in 2018 she went to see Dr. Franklin Rose, a celebrity plastic surgeon based in Houston, Texas about having a breast reduction.

The experienced surgeon was taken aback by the sheer size of Nikisha's chest, saying that they were likely the largest he had ever seen in his 30-year career.

In fact, it's noted that Dr. Rose removed a jaw-dropping 20 pounds of tissue during Nikisha's reduction mammoplasty

As you can imagine, Nikisha was a brand new woman after her procedure.

She and Dr. Franklin Rose went on Houston's morning show, Great Day Houston with Deborah Duncan, to showcase Nikisha's stunning transformation. The difference is incredible and it goes to show that some "Biggest in Texas" titles are better off left unheld.
