"Camping World's customers will now enjoy greater convenience throughout the state of Texas while Jack Sisemore Traveland's customers will benefit from expanded product and service capabilities and a nationwide network of dealerships and accessory stores."
The Jack Sisemore purchase brings Camping World's total up to 11 full service SuperCenters in the state of Texas.
"This acquisition is yet another step in our continued growth in the RV industry and our commitment to service and product excellence," said Brent Moody , Chief Operating Officer of Camping World and Good Sam . "The ability to expand in a region is obviously a great benefit to any business as it leads to a broader audience and a bigger pool of customers, ultimately increasing our profitability."
If the name Marcus Lemonis, Chairman of Camping World, sounds familiar, he is a very well known investor. His accolades include a franchise of tv shows called "The Profit" where he goes around bailing out businesses. He is also the Chairman of Gander Mountain. No word yet on how the Gander Mountain on I-40 will play into the Amarillo Camping World.
