Joseph Kony And The Lord’s Resistance Army

This video is spreading like wild fire, and the term "Kony" is the most shared and searched social media term today. But what is Kony? Kony, is something to be feared, Kony is a member of the most dangerous animals on the planet, Kony is a man. Joseph Kony is kidnapping children and forcing them to do his biding. It's a tragic, but true story.

The video (above) is a force that the world needs right now. It is the single most compelling piece of content I've seen in 2012. It serves a purpose, to make Joseph Kony famous.

You may have seen this picture right here, with the phrase "Kony 2012." When you see this, it almost looks like a campaign, but make no mistake, it's a warning. These posters are being put up in order to make Kony's face well known, because quite frankly, he's nowhere to be found. Sitting at the top spot of the world's most wanted, this is an effort to find this waste of flesh and bring him to justice.

This situation is taking place in Uganda and the surrounding regions and it's been going on for something like 26 years! Joseph Kony has been kidnapping children from their families and making them join his "Lord's Resistance Army". As a member of the army, children are forced to kill hundreds of innocent people in the name of LRA. Some of the murders have included family members of the kidnapped children. Yeah, kids forced to kill their own families!

The children are forced to do it, either that, or they themselves will fall victim of brutal murder. It's kill or be killed for these innocent children. Spending the days in constant fear that they will be taken away at any moment.

Some children have escaped and lived to tell their story. The documentary posted above goes into detail about the situation, attempting to raise awareness of Joseph Kony and what he is doing.

It's about 30 minutes long, but the time spent watching it will change you forever!

Kony and the LRA MUST BE STOPPED!
