It appears that Katt Williams is still having some behavioral issues. This time the incident took place during a live performance.

The comedian walked down into the audience and walked up to an audience member that was recording the show. He then took his microphone and smacked the guy in the head with it. Hard!

So hard, in fact, that the audience member is now suing Katt and the Paramount theater stating that the brutal hit left him with a concussion and contusions on the side of his head. The lawsuit totals $250,000.

Katt continued the show saying "record me and see what happens. Go home and get your raggedy pistol, I got mine."

Do you think this is the downward spiral of Katt Williams?
